General Policy
By completing atransactionon our Platform, you enter into alegally binding agreementwithFZO Commerce Pvt Ltdto purchase or rent the selected product or service. Once the transaction is completed, cancellation or refund requests will be governed by the terms outlined in this policy.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders may only be canceled if explicitly allowed on the Platform.
- If cancellation is permitted, it will be subject to the specific cancellation terms stated on the product page.

Refund & Replacement Policy
You may request a refund or replacement only if:
- The product/service does not match the description provided on the Platform.
- The product is damaged or defective upon delivery.
- The wrong item was shipped to you.
Refund requests must be submitted within three (3) days from the date of the transaction or within the period prescribed on the Platform, which shall not be less than three (3) days.
How to Request a Refund
A User can submit a refund request by:

- Order ID
- Clear reason for the refund request
- Evidence (if applicable), such as photos/videos of the received product
FZO Commerce Pvt Ltd reserves the right to review and determine whether a refund will be processed. We may request additional details before approving any refund.
Refund Processing Time
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the transaction.
- Any payment gateway charges or processing fees may be deducted from the refund amount.
Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will not be provided under the following conditions:
- If the product has been used, worn, washed, or altered.
- If the return request is made after the prescribed timeframe.
- If the product is returned without its original tags, packaging, or accessories.
- If the cancellation or refund is requested for reasons not related to product defects or misrepresentation.
