General Shipping Terms
By placing an order on ourPlatform (www.fzo.com), you agree to the terms outlined in thisShipping and Delivery Policy. All delivery dates areestimates, unless a fixed delivery date has been expressly confirmed in writing byFZO Commerce Pvt Ltd.
Shipping Charges & Calculation
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping address provided by the User.
- The total shipping charges will be included in the final Transaction Amount paid at the time of purchase.
- Any additional handling charges or express delivery fees, if applicable, will be disclosed before payment.
Estimated Delivery Timelines
- Standard Delivery: 5-7 business days from the date of order confirmation.
- Express Delivery (if available): 1-3 business days, subject to extra charges.
- Custom Orders (if applicable): May take longer based on production and customization timelines.
Note: Delivery times may vary due to location, weather conditions, carrier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
Tracking & Order Updates
- A tracking link will be provided once the order is dispatched.
- Customers can track their shipment via the FZO website or courier partner’s tracking portal.
- Any changes in delivery status will be notified via email or SMS.
Delayed or Missed Deliveries
If your order has not been delivered within seven (7) days after the estimated delivery date, you must immediately contact our support team at:

Address Accuracy & Failed Delivery Attempts
The User is responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.
If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal, the order may be:
- Rescheduled for another attempt (additional charges may apply).
- Returned to us, with reshipping fees charged to the User.
International Shipping
- Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
- International delivery options may be introduced in the future, and updates will be posted on our Platform.
Force Majeure & Unexpected Delays
FZO Commerce Pvt Ltd shallnot be held responsible for delays caused by:
- Natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.
- Logistic disruptions due to pandemics, riots, or war-like situations.
- Any third-party courier service failures beyond our control.
