    The standard rental period is 2 days. Late returns will incur additional charges of the same amount paid for 4 days period.
  2. Product Condition
    All jewellery is delivered in pristine, wearable condition. Customers must return the item in the same condition, excluding normal wear.
  3. Damage or Loss
    Customers are responsible for any significant damage, loss, or theft of rented jewellery. Repair or replacement costs will be charged accordingly.
  4. Booking and Payment
    Full payment, including the security deposit, must be made at the time of booking. Deposits will be refunded upon return of the jewellery in its original condition.
  5. Cleaning and Maintenance
    Do not clean or polish the jewellery yourself. FZO ensures all pieces are professionally cleaned before delivery.
  6. Usage Restrictions
    Jewellery is rented for personal use only and must not be sub-rented, modified, or used commercially.
  7. Inspection on Delivery
    Inspect the jewellery upon delivery and report any defects or concerns immediately. Unreported damages will be assumed to have occurred during the rental period.
  8. Return Policy
    Jewellery must be returned in the provided packaging to avoid damage during transit. Late, incomplete, or improper returns may result in penalties.
  9. Refunds
    Refunds for eligible cancellations or security deposits will be processed within 7 business days after return and inspection.
  10. Liability
    FZO is not responsible for any injuries or allergic reactions caused by the rented jewellery.
  • Store Properly: Keep jewelry in a dry, cool place, preferably in its original packaging or a dedicated jewelry box.
  • Handle Gently: Always handle jewelry with clean, dry hands to avoid tarnishing or damage.
  • Follow Care Instructions: Clean the jewelry as per the provided guidelines to maintain its shine and quality.
  • Avoid Harsh Chemicals: Do not expose the jewelry to chemicals like perfumes, hairsprays, or cleaning agents.
  • No Rough Use: Avoid wearing jewelry during activities that may cause scratches or dents.
  • Don’t Overexpose: Protect your jewelry from prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or moisture.
  • No DIY Repairs: Do not attempt to repair damaged jewelry yourself.
  • Avoid Improper Storage: Do not toss jewelry into drawers or pile it with other items, which may cause tangling or scratches.
