    The standard rental period is 2 days. Late returns will incur additional charges of the same amount paid for 4 days period.

    All jewellery is delivered in pristine, wearable condition. Customers must return the item in the same condition, excluding normal wear.
  3. Damage or Loss
    Customers are responsible for any significant damage, loss, or theft of rented jewellery. Repair or replacement costs will be charged accordingly.
  4. Booking and Payment
    Full payment, including the security deposit, must be made at the time of booking. Deposits will be refunded upon return of the jewellery in its original condition.
  5. Cleaning and Maintenance
    Do not clean or polish the jewellery yourself. FZO ensures all pieces are professionally cleaned before delivery.
  6. Usage Restrictions
    Jewellery is rented for personal use only and must not be sub-rented, modified, or used commercially.
  7. Inspection on Delivery
    Inspect the jewellery upon delivery and report any defects or concerns immediately. Unreported damages will be assumed to have occurred during the rental period.
  8. Return Policy
    Jewellery must be returned in the provided packaging to avoid damage during transit. Late, incomplete, or improper returns may result in penalties.
  9. Refunds
    Refunds for eligible cancellations or security deposits will be processed within 7 business days after return and inspection.
  10. Liability
    FZO is not responsible for any injuries or allergic reactions caused by the rented jewellery.
