A refundable security deposit will be displayed after you select the rental duration and dates.

• Rental Period: The default rental period is 2 days, starting from the date of delivery. Late returns may incur additional charges.
• Condition of Items: All garments are delivered in clean, wearable condition. Customers are responsible for returning items in the same condition, excluding normal wear.
• Damage or Loss: Significant damage, staining, or loss of the item will result in repair/replacement charges as per our policy.
• Fitting and Alterations: Minor alterations (temporary adjustments) are permitted but must be removed before returning the item.
• Hygiene and Care: Do not attempt to clean or wash the rented garments yourself. FZO ensures all items are professionally cleaned.
• Cancellations: Late cancellations may incur a fee.
• Refunds and Exchanges: Refunds are issued only for damaged or unavailable items before delivery. Exchanges are subject to availability.
• Delivery and Returns: Timely delivery and pick-up are ensured. Customers must be present at the designated address for returns or return the item via the specified method.
• Usage: Garments are rented for personal use only and should not be sub-rented or used commercially.
• Agreement: By renting, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
• Handle with Care: Treat rented garments as your own to avoid unnecessary damage or stains.
• Follow Instructions: Adhere to any care instructions provided with the outfit.
• Return on Time: Ensure timely returns to avoid late fees.
• Inspect on Delivery: Check the garment upon delivery and report any issues immediately.
• Store Properly: Hang or fold the outfit carefully when not in use to maintain its quality.
• Do Not Wash or Iron: Avoid washing, ironing, or altering the garment; leave maintenance to us.
• Avoid Harsh Environments: Refrain from wearing the garment in situations prone to excessive dirt, stains, or tears.
• No Unauthorized Use: Do not sub-rent or use the item for purposes other than your intended occasion.
• Don’t Delay Returns: Late returns may result in additional fees or impact future rentals.
• Avoid Improper Handling: Do not fold or store delicate fabrics improperly, as this could lead to creases or damage.
