- Rental Period
The standard rental period is 2 days. Late returns will incur additional charges of the same amount paid for 4 days period. - Product Condition
All jewellery is delivered in pristine, wearable condition. Customers must return the item in the same condition, excluding normal wear. - Damage or Loss
Customers are responsible for any significant damage, loss, or theft of rented jewellery. Repair or replacement costs will be charged accordingly. - Booking and Payment
Full payment, including the security deposit, must be made at the time of booking. Deposits will be refunded upon return of the jewellery in its original condition. - Cleaning and Maintenance
Do not clean or polish the jewellery yourself. FZO ensures all pieces are professionally cleaned before delivery. - Usage Restrictions
Jewellery is rented for personal use only and must not be sub-rented, modified, or used commercially. - Inspection on Delivery
Inspect the jewellery upon delivery and report any defects or concerns immediately. Unreported damages will be assumed to have occurred during the rental period. - Return Policy
Jewellery must be returned in the provided packaging to avoid damage during transit. Late, incomplete, or improper returns may result in penalties. - Refunds
Refunds for eligible cancellations or security deposits will be processed within 7 business days after return and inspection. - Liability
FZO is not responsible for any injuries or allergic reactions caused by the rented jewellery.
